This website and online store are operated by MATRIX M LLC, a U.S. limited liability company, under the customer-facing merchant name Adahi-SA. Adahi-SA is not a separate legal entity.

يتيح المتجر للعملاء طلب خدمات العقيقة والأضاحي والقرابين وطلبات الماشية المرتبطة بها، ومنها الأغنام والماعز والأبقار والإبل. نستقبل الطلبات والمدفوعات إلكترونياً وننسق التوريد والتنفيذ من خلال موردين ومقدمي خدمات متعاقدين، ومنهم مقدمو خدمات في أفريقيا. بتقديم الطلب فإنك تفوّضنا بترتيب تنفيذ الخدمة المختارة نيابة عنك. نلتزم بأن يتم الذبح وفق الشريعة الإسلامية. MATRIX M LLC نشاط تجاري وليست جمعية خيرية ولا مؤسسة غير ربحية.

The store lets customers order Aqiqah, Udhiyah and Qurbani services and related livestock orders, including sheep, goats, cattle and camels. We receive orders and payments online and coordinate procurement and fulfillment through contracted suppliers and service providers, including providers in Africa. By placing an order you authorize us to arrange fulfillment of the selected service on your behalf. We commit that slaughter is carried out in line with Islamic requirements. MATRIX M LLC is a commercial business. It is not a charity or a non-profit organization.

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً فأكثر. أنت مسؤول عن صحة المعلومات التي تقدمها في الطلب، مثل الاسم المطلوب والبريد الإلكتروني. لا نتحمل إعادة التنفيذ أو تعديل التوثيق إذا كان الخطأ ناتجاً عن بيانات غير صحيحة قدمتها.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give in the order, such as the name for the order and your email address. We are not responsible for repeating a fulfillment or changing the documentation when the error comes from incorrect information you provided.

5. Fulfillment and updates

ينفذ الطلب موردون ومقدمو خدمات من أطراف ثالثة. نبذل جهدنا للتنفيذ في الوقت المناسب، وقد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب ظروف لوجستية أو ضغط الطلب، خاصة في موسم عيد الأضحى. نرسل الصور والفيديو إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في الطلب، عادة خلال 24 إلى 72 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب، وقد تصل المدة إلى 3 إلى 5 أيام من يوم التنفيذ في موسم عيد الأضحى. تأخر وصول التحديثات لا يعني أن الخدمة لم تُنفذ، وتعتبر الخدمة منفذة بمجرد إتمام الذبح. لا يتم شحن لحوم أو منتجات مادية إلى العميل.

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and service providers. We work to fulfill on time, and delays can happen because of logistics or high demand, especially around Eid al-Adha. We send photos and video to the email address on the order, typically within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation, and up to 3 to 5 days from the fulfillment date during Eid al-Adha. A delay in receiving updates does not mean the service was not fulfilled. The service counts as fulfilled once the slaughter is complete. No meat or physical product is shipped to the customer.

الأسعار المعروضة بالدولار الأمريكي (USD) وهي نهائية، وتشمل الذبيحة ورسوم الخدمة والتوثيق وأجور التنفيذ والتوزيع. إرسال الطلب عبر الموقع هو طلب للمراجعة وليس تأكيداً له ولا يتضمن دفعاً. بعد مراجعة الطلب نرسل لك رابط دفع آمن عبر وسيلة التواصل التي اخترتها، ويجب دفع المبلغ كاملاً ومقدماً. يصبح الطلب مؤكداً فقط بعد إتمام الدفع بنجاح، وقبل ذلك لا يبدأ التنفيذ.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are final. They include the animal, the service and documentation fee, and fulfillment and distribution costs. Submitting an order through the website is a request for review. It does not confirm the order and does not take payment. After we review the order, we send you a secure payment link through the contact method you selected, and payment in full is due in advance. The order is confirmed only after payment is completed successfully, and fulfillment does not begin before then.

7. الإلغاء والاسترداد

7. Cancellation and refunds

قبل بدء التنفيذ يحق لك إلغاء الطلب واسترداد كامل المبلغ، بشرط ألا تكون قد بدأت عملية شراء الذبيحة المخصصة لطلبك أو ذبحها. للإلغاء راسلنا فوراً على matrix.wrd@gmail.com مع رقم الطلب. بعد بدء التنفيذ لا يمكن الإلغاء أو الاسترداد، ولا تتوفر عمليات إرجاع لأن الخدمة تكون قد نُفذت. تأخر التوثيق أو الخطأ في البيانات لا يعطي حق الاسترداد ما دامت الخدمة الأساسية قد تمت، وسنساعدك في حل أي مشكلة في التوثيق في أسرع وقت.

Before fulfillment begins, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided the purchase or slaughter of the animal assigned to your order has not started. To cancel, email matrix.wrd@gmail.com right away with your order number. Once fulfillment has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, and returns are not available because the service has been performed. A delay in documentation or an error in the details does not give a right to a refund as long as the core service was completed, and we will help you resolve any documentation issue as quickly as possible.

تُقدم الخدمات كما هي. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا القانونية في أي حال إجمالي المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة.

The services are provided as is. Our legal liability is in no case greater than the total amount you paid for the service.

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويعد استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد نشر التعديلات موافقة عليها.

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
