How It Works
Adahi-SA متجر إلكتروني. نستقبل الطلبات والمدفوعات إلكترونياً، ثم يتم التوريد والتنسيق والتنفيذ من خلال موردين ومقدمي خدمات متعاقدين.
Adahi-SA is an online store. We receive orders and payments online, then procurement, coordination and fulfillment are carried out through contracted suppliers and service providers.

We review your order and send you a secure Stripe payment link. The order is confirmed only after successful payment.

يتم التنفيذ من خلال موردين ومقدمي خدمات متعاقدين، في أفريقيا عند الحاجة، وتصلك صور أو فيديو توثّق التنفيذ، عادة خلال 24 إلى 72 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب.
Fulfillment and updates
Fulfillment is carried out through contracted suppliers and service providers, in Africa where applicable, and you receive photos or video documenting it, typically within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

هل أدفع عند إرسال الطلب في الموقع؟
لا. إرسال الطلب لا يتضمن دفعاً ولا يؤكد الطلب. نراجع الطلب ثم نرسل لك رابط دفع آمن عبر Stripe بوسيلة التواصل التي اخترتها، ويصبح الطلب مؤكداً فقط بعد نجاح الدفع.
Do I pay when I submit the order on the website?
No. Submitting the order does not take payment and does not confirm the order. We review it and send a secure Stripe payment link through the contact method you chose. The order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
هل أضاحي SA جمعية خيرية؟
لا. أضاحي SA نشاط تجاري إلكتروني، ولا يعمل كجمعية خيرية أو مؤسسة غير ربحية.
Is Adahi-SA a charity?
No. Adahi-SA is a commercial e-commerce business. It is not a charity or a non-profit organization.

أين يتم تنفيذ الطلب؟
بحسب الطلب والخدمة المختارة. يتم جزء من التنفيذ في دول أفريقية من خلال موردين ومقدمي خدمات متعاقدين.
Where is my order fulfilled?
It depends on the order and the service you choose. Part of fulfillment takes place in African countries through contracted suppliers and service providers.
هل سيُشحن لي شيء؟
لا. الخدمة تُنفَّذ في بلد التنفيذ ولا يتم شحن لحوم أو منتجات مادية إليك. ما تستلمه هو صور وفيديو رقمية توثّق التنفيذ.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. The service is fulfilled in the country of fulfillment and no meat or physical product is shipped to you. What you receive is a set of digital photos and video documenting the fulfillment.
متى تصلني التحديثات؟
عادة خلال 24 إلى 72 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب. في موسم عيد الأضحى قد تستغرق من 3 إلى 5 أيام من يوم التنفيذ. نرسلها إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في الطلب.
When do I receive updates?
Typically within 24 to 72 hours of order confirmation. During Eid al-Adha it can take 3 to 5 days from the fulfillment date. We send them to the email address on the order.
هل يمكنني الإلغاء؟
نعم قبل بدء التنفيذ، مع استرداد كامل المبلغ. راسلنا فوراً على matrix.wrd@gmail.com مع رقم الطلب. بعد شراء الذبيحة المخصصة لطلبك أو ذبحها لا يمكن الإلغاء أو الاسترداد.
Can I cancel?
Yes, before fulfillment begins, with a full refund. Email matrix.wrd@gmail.com right away with your order number. Once the animal for your order has been purchased or slaughtered, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
هل يمكنني طلب أكثر من ذبيحة لأشخاص مختلفين؟
نعم. أضف الذبائح إلى السلة واكتب الأسماء في ملاحظات الطلب، وسيتم تنفيذ كل ذبيحة بالاسم المخصص لها.
Can I order for several people at once?
Yes. Add the animals to your cart and write the names in the order notes. Each animal is fulfilled under its own name.
